⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at La Quinta in Orem, Utah! The room was perfect for our trip — having two king beds and two separate bedrooms made it super comfortable and convenient. Everything was clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The front desk night clerk was fast, nice, and had decent customer service. However, due to the condition of the hotel, I would never stay here again. The smell of the entire hotel (first floor, lobby) was odd. A mixture of cleaning supplies (but not in that good-clean way) and mildew. Also the heavy perfumes on the 3rd floor was overbearing. The beds were absolutely squeaky (the metal frames they have them on) and the towels they provided looked dingy and dirty. Some of them were stained with yellow. Finally the "full breakfast" that they heavily advertise is false advertising because they don't refill the items... Also, no yogurt, no bananas, not a single hard boiled egg in sight, no cream for the coffee, and finally, no orange juice (they use a generic Sunny delight type of orange "drink" instead). The overnight parking lot had maybe 2 or 3 open spaces, so obviously the hotel was busy/filled and they should've prepared accordingly for a morning breakfast rush. 8pm, no eggs, no tater tots, and hardly and sausage left. Area is very cramped and we're all standing around waiting for refills. The man and woman were walking back and forth bringing hot water and 5-6 small donuts at a time. It was ridiculous. This place could use a major overhaul. The elevator makes noises and feels dangerous. Housekeeping could clean the bathrooms much better, the areas where the shampoo/soaps are in the bathroom look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.

Perfectly adequate.

Checked into clean room. Staff informed me they only cleaned every 3 days. Housekeeping cleaned room well on my fourth day; they changed sheets unnecessarily, but that was probably my fault for not communicating well. Microwave and fridge were clean and worked fine. Did not use pool or hot tub. Did not use guest laundry room because it appeared to be very dirty. Common area (hall) was carpet cleaned during my stay, but stairs area was overlooked and carpet needed cleaning. Exercise bike in gym worked fine. Only ate waffles at breakfast after getting extremely salty sausages.

One of the reasons I chose this place was for good reviews and breakfast. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I thought the place would be nicer but not like the pictures. I was really disappointed with breakfast. I travel a lot for work so I always look for descent/good reviews when it comes to breakfast. I work late so comes 6am I’m ready for breakfast already. First day at 6am I thought start time was later cause no one was there and barely had anything there. Maybe it was just that day. 2nd day, same thing and same exact breakfast. Was hoping it’ll be different atleast. 3rd time, again wasn’t ready at 6am. Hot foods came out around 6:15am. Stuff that were out were same things from other days. Literally. The muffins were hard and looked untouched from other days it seems so it was served again. I had to throw it out. Breakfast I guess is the same kind each and every time, at least for the 3 days I was there. Area is great though. It was quiet for the most part and plenty of places to eat around the area. Had no issues with parking. I wouldn’t go back there unfortunately.
