Not the cleanest. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Wish I didn’t feel pressured to choose a room in which they give you options to choose your room. I was only able to view 1 out of 3 of the rooms they selected for me. Pool isn’t accessible, bedding could be a lot more clean so can the rooms.

This place is an actual dump. It is contracted with the state to house homeless people. And the people that live there are disgusting. Had I known any of this I never would have booked it! Only one elevator worked and it stopped working when we were on it. Luckily we didn't get stuck for very long. The refrigerator doesn't work neither of the pools were available or working and the whole place was hot and smelled like hot trash. Immediately went to a different Hotel. Struggled to get a refund. Still struggling! But I don't care if I lose my money I was not about to stay there for one more second after being there 5 minutes. Do not book this hotel! It is absolutely ridiculous!

Surprised how poorly let it was for a Choice Hotel! Beds had lots of hair looked liked they were not properly cleaned. Pool was not working. Looked more like a halfway house! The maintenance and house keeping leave at 3. Would never book again.

Here is an hinest review. I checked in and they already had my room inspection form filled out. When I got ro the room there were stains on the comforter and hairs on the sheets, when I asked for new ones she told me I could change them myself. The tub was white with cleaner I wouldn't use the shower. There were building materials in the hall and none of the amenities were avaliable. The only bright spot was the housekeeper Hope. She gladly came in and changed my sheets while when talking to her she was working unpaid because they didn't give her enough hours to get everything done right. This is an extended stay facility and she resides there as well as works there. She has my sympathy for both.

This facility had obviously just been acquired & was in the midst of massive remodeling but it should not be open yet. It was in no condition to have people staying there. Fortunately it was required that we look at the rooms & we declined to stay. I am trying to see about a refund.
