The hotel isn't bad but the carpet throughout is aged and dirty so it makes it look gloomy. The staff was nice and location was good.

Quiet and close to the Lincoln Museum

Stayed here while doing a Lincoln-learning trip. We were allowed to leave our car in the lot before check-in while we visited the museum just 1.5 blocks away. It was a quiet hotel and the front desk and manager were very responsive to 2 requests that we had. Breakfast was ample (biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs). I would stay here again. Great location!

Never again!

Upon arrival, I was stuck outside the door while crew was working on it and it was 12 degrees. The front desk person was busy and took a while to get to me and there was no eye contact or “how are you?” during check-in.

Nice stay in Springfield, IL

Brief stay but everything was good. Friendly staff, good parking situation. The breakfast was very good. No sign of recycling. Room was very clean, and plenty of hot water, would stay there again but bring your own pillow.
