My girls call this the castle hotel and we have stayed here many times. It is always clean, the staff are friendly and the overall atmosphere is just unique. My husband and I ran away for the night and this was the perfect place to stay.

We stayed 1 night and it was quiet and comfortable unique place with good food at the restaurant and a good breakfast. But I left my earbuds in the room. I called the next day and they found them... I got them back a few weeks later as I stayed again!

The place was cleaned and the front desk clerk was nice. The bed, however, was uncomfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, nothing special. This hotel, in my opinion, is more of a 7 or 7.5 rating.

Noisy air conditioner was very annoying and there were spiders, ants in the bathroom area and it was very very noisy in the hallway. We've stayed here several times over the last couple of years and it's never been this bad. There was no room service in the room at all. We had to go down and get towels for the pool and towels for the room. The room key died several times during our stay

Very loud thin walls hardly any sleep due to slamming doors and loud neighbors. Also the room was not very clean :( however the location was nice and the pool was big but very cold kids only swam 40 min because it was freezing water. I think the lobby is super cool and breakfast was ok.
