Don't recommend staying here.

Our first time here was 2 years ago and acceptable. Our second stay here this weekend was not good. While the beds were comfortable and bathroom clean, we were disappointed by the front desks effort to charge us an early check-in fee (we were checking in a day late), and being "upgraded" from a double queen room that we paid for, to a single bed with pullout sofa. I'm thankful I found a different agent at a later time, who let us have the room we paid for. Breakfast was edible but not great.

The hotel had a castle feel and is trying to make updates. Rooms felt a little stuffy and beds weren’t real comfortable. You could order food from the bar and it was good. Breakfast was ok, not amazing.

Needs improvement

Where do I begin. We wanted to check in an hour early and they said they would have to charge us for it. OK I guess that’s their policy. We get to the room. The beds are wonky and not comfortable at all. There are hardly any outlets in the room. They do offer a breakfast, which was very overcrowded in a small room. The local area was having water issues where the water had a horrible smell and taste. You would think that the hotel would make their coffee using bottled water or something else but no, they use the tapwater which made the coffee taste terrible it was not drinkable. Along with the juice. They had a Hinkley and Schmitt dispenser at breakfast with the 5 gallon jug you think that they would be bottled water no they actually filled up the 5 gallon jug with the city tapwater so that was also terrible.
