My real issue was we booked 3 nights and our job was canceled. As we were checking in that first night we told them we only needed to stay the 1 night. Was told not a issue we would need to contact Expedia and they would contact the hotel to get us a refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay. After multiple days Quality Inn refused to refund us. Supposedly the manager there declined the refund. Unfortunately we will no longer stay there.

The breakfast area was great and the lady in charge of the food prep in the morning was so great! Always asked if we were ok or needed anything! She would even grab our finished plates to throw away! That stuck out and she went above and beyond I’d ever seen at a hotel! Thank you!

The property was very clean. I only stayed one night with my 3 daughters as I was having surgery early the next morning. Staff was very courteous. I will definitely recommend Quality Inn and stay there again if I need to stay in Springfield again.

Traveled with the kids and they love that the pool is open late and a decent size!!! The breakfast comes with the stay and thru have great options and the good was actually good. Will highly recommend if in the area. There is also 2 major shopping stores and several food places in walking distance

My husband stayed in the room while I was at a work meeting. He was using the bathroom when all of a sudden he heard the door open. There was a staff member entering our room without permission to enter. My husband asked what was going on and why he was entering the room. He said he was wanting to know if we needed more towels. I have never in my life heard of a staff member entering a guest's room mid morning to ask something like that. The bathroom was not clean. There were hairs in the tub. The only good thing I can say is that the breakfast attendant was very nice. Other than that, I would never stay here again.
