Great hotel once we got checked in. Front staff wasn't going to honor reservation because he couldn't find hotels.com booking. Even though I had a receipt and confirmation number. I had pre paid on hotels.com but staff refused to honor the confirmation number. Once I was able to get into room it was very nice. Quiet, clean, and comfortable.
