Best trip ever!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming motel in Springfield. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—conveniently close to local attractions and dining options. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a great variety to start the day right. I’d highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting Springfield—fantastic value and a truly delightful experience!

It was good for the price.

The manager/owner/front desk called 3 separate times through the afternoon and night telling me "We are fully booked, when are you showing up?" I'm not sure if they were trying to get me to either drop my reservation or sell it to someone else, but it really sucked. I reserved the room, I'm going to be there, especially when you call me the first time and I tell you that I'm going to be there. The room was nice, but we noticed in the morning that even though my wife and I weren't chewing any gum, there was a piece of chewed gum on the headboard.

Worst hotel experience

First the guy working was very rude accusing me that i had a fake id when he was the one who can't read and do his job right. Then he kept yelling at me telling me there were cameras all over and if i brought someone else into the room or even slept on the other bed in the room, they were going to call the cops. Then he gave me a smoking room when i had asked for a nonsmoking. The room reeked of smoke and the bedding had holes in it. It was very gross. Will not be staying here ever again.
