It is the most discussed motel in spring field the beds are old the sheets are dirty they have Cockroaches and in my room no running water spend a few extra dollars and stay elsewhere

I only rated the categories ‘poor’ to bring to your attention that even though I received a welcome message by email in the afternoon, upon arrival we found the hotel closed. I hope to find that I was not charged for the room. The inconvenience of having to locate another room on a busy weekend was frustrating.

Non smoking room was definitely smoked in. Toilet seat was so loose my mother almost fell Off. The tub was rusted and stained so bad I wouldn’t have put my dog in it. There were stains on the sheets and towels. Flies everywhere in our room. I requested clean sheets and a flyswatter to make it work for the few hours I would be there….waited over an hour for them to comply (with zero action) before checking out and spending the night in my car in a local travel station.

The sheets were yellowish with holes and blood spots. When I asked to change sheets, they told me they will do. In 2 hours I asked again. Then the worker just brought me a new sheet and give it through door. New sheet was without spots but with multiple holes as well. Overall a lot of bad smell, no trashcan, walls were dirty with very strange spots on them. No coffee in the morning at checkout area. It was the worst motel I stayed in my life at.

Check in was friendly. Hotel reeked of marijuana. Not very safe area. Air conditioner intermittently worked. Thin walls. On check out the man had his back to the desk with headphones on and took a few minutes to acknowledge us then was short and rude. Never again.

Nothing! I was there for 4 days and couldn't watch TV and probably 6 channels was available! When you click in a channel and it says ESPN is totally something else and no channel for college or NFL football.... Sheets on the bed full of blood stains! This crap should've shut down 🖕🖕🖕🖕

This had to be by far the worst place I've ever seen. It was filthy. There were homeless people on the parking lot. Blood stains on the chair and sheets. There was excrement in the toilet. Bugs all over. I went to the front desk to get a refund and the attendant had her baby in a stroller behind the desk at 11pm. She refunded me and we immediately left. It was also very hard to find the entrance. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Disaster!

First of all, I drove around looking for the entrance and passed it 5 times. The entrance is on the main street, but the motel is set back and the signage is not lit up at all. I got there and checked in. I was given a second floor corner room. I grabbed some of my things and my dog and headed up just to discover that the room was used, messy and the bed broken ( see pic). It was also very smoky. I treked back to the front office and showed him the pics. He said " someone must have broken into it." I asked " does that happen often"? He said " well, this isnt the best neighborhood" and quickly backtracked stating someone probably gave them a key. He gave me a different room. I walked in there...(see all remaining pics), took pics, and walked out and got back in the car. Unfortunately I had prepaid my room. I didnt feel safe in the least. I proceeded to drive to a Loves truck stop and sleep in my car instead. ( apparently, the site wont accept my photos)
