Been there several times a year, booked 5 room this last time. One of the travelers ended up with the flu and didn't make the trip. in the past the staff was very understanding and would work with me on canceling extra room. This time was different, lady at desk stated nonrefundable and very cold about wanting to work with us on issue. Next stay will be at the Drury

The room was very clean. The staff extremely friendly and the location excellant! I want to come back here for fun and not because of a medical overnight stay. This hotel does not disappoint!!

The bed was pretty comfortable, room was as described, and the breakfast was good. The only negative thing was we were really looking forward to using the hot tub but, there were people just sitting around it and not actually using it. They were situated in such a way that we couldn't get close to get in.

The staff are in particular absolutely superb at this hotel. From a warm friendly welcome at the front desk to incredibly helpful and friendly staff in the breakfast room. That’s even before I say what a fantastic hotel it is to stay at.

Everything was perfect. Nice staff. Clean and wonderful breakfast. Would stay here again. Right across street is Bass Pro and Wonders of the Wild. Nice pool and hot tub in the same building. Worth every penny.

I am a retired disabled veteran. I thought having the Bass Pro name would mean that this place would be a quality experience. Upon checking in with my 7yo child i received an extended and exhaustive brief on "partying like a rockstar," from the front desk team. The front desk also asked for my child's first and last name. This made me feel as if the employees were insinuating that my child is not mine and that i was doing something wrong. I also did not hear any other guest asked these questions, nor did i hear another guest recieve the "party" brief. The price did not match the rate given by the booking service. I was charged a "cleaning fee" for allegedly smoking in the room by Mandy Long who refused to provide the name of her supervisor, and also promised a call from her supervisor. Mandy also stated that she had photos of the trash containing ashes but was unable to provide the photos. I was stereotyped and discriminated against. Mandy's disgusting attitude and approach to discussing this matter were completely offensive and triggering. An employee named Katie said that i would be refunded the cleaning fee, but then I notice that i have not been credited back the "cleaning fee," or the $50 incidentals fee. I am completely disgusted with this experience. Thank you all for making me feel completely alienated for the holiday. I brought my child up here as a surprise because he is special needs and enjoys aquariums. You ruined it all.
