Staff on property were great and provided good customer service. The location of the property is tucked back from the street, but it was hard to tell if it was an apartment complex or a hotel. My issues were with the property and the condition. Rooms have been recently remodeled, but the toilet ran constantly and the room phone did not work. HVAC is loud and the ground floor units are noisy from upstairs neighbors.

Stay here almost every time we stay in Springfield. Canā€™t beat this place for the price. Only complaint for me is that since theyā€™ve remodeled they no longer have to futon style couches in the king suite rooms. They have 2 chairs and an end table instead. Something to keep in mind if youā€™re banking on using the couch for an extra bed. The pictures still show a couch but according to the front desk, the only rooms now with the couch is the penthouse. Still a great place to stay for the price.

The Hide-a-way!

It was the perfect hide-a-way for me and my spouse. The only thing this property needs is to spruce up the outside and cover all gaps under front doors. Otherwise itā€™s perfect! The inside is outstanding, cozy, and homey. Very comfortable.
