Staff was so helpful, perfect location, couldn't have asked for more. We were torn between a nicer hotel but off the water in Hyannis or the Blue Water Resort. We went with BWR and were so happy that we did. The beach is perfect, the staff is full of the most helpful and accommodating people, we've come across at a hotel. We would highly recommend and hope to return to.

Loved the resort, the grounds were very clean and pretty, and the food was delicious. The staff was not as welcoming and house cleaning didn’t clean our room at all for the 3 night stay. Also, I don’t know if is mentioned about $25 night for parking and the withhold $150 at check-in for property damage.

We arrived a bit early and our room was not ready yet (not a knock on the property) yet the front desk gave us our wrist bands so we could use the amenities while we were waiting. All of the staff were extremely helpful with anything we needed. The room was clean and worked well for a family of 5. Beach access was great and we never had an issue finding chairs/umbrellas to hang out.
