I didn’t check in till 12:30 am, as my flight was late arriving. Had called when the plane arrived and was assured I was fine to check in late. The front desk woman was very pleasant and friendly. The room was plain, furniture was well loved but was extremely clean. Cleaner than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Every corner, baseboards, and walls etc were spotless. Very impressed and will definitely stay again when flying in and out from Kelowna again. Best $100 Inc tax value around.

The room was clean but slightly outdated. Could us a better bed. ( hard as a rock ). I think the worse thing, and nothing really to do with Lake Coubtry Inn, was the highway noise all night long.

Pros: The property was very clean, the beds comfortable and the water pressure was great. Cons: The heat wasn’t working properly a the had a portable space heater that was the work around. The towels were old and small and should be changed out.

Experience was good. Because we had a post midnight checkin, they left the key and room number for us in drop box. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and room was quiet. It is an older Hotel but for our short stay it seemed well kept.
