It was great to arrive on a chilly evening and the heating had been put on for our arrival. Very nice touch.
Shower holder was broken and only one of the cooker rings was functioning properly.
Overall a good stay. Late arrival was explained and accommodation met expectations. Short walk to sorrento town.
Sorrento Hotel is a beautiful old hotel. We opted to walking to the beach and the shops as these places are so close which made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. We walked to catch the ferry to Queenscliff which was another great day out without the car. The breakfast menu as well as the dinner menu were good. the restaurant service was good. Overall a very pleasant two night stay for us. We will be back again.
Great place to stay, clean room and lovely clean sheets, shared bathroom was also well presented, and although breakfast was included we could not get into the breakfast bar until 8:30am, which was far to late as we were doing a hike of 15km that started at 7:45am to support a friend with cancer. As a result we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere!!!
