We checked in at like 11pm and checked out at 11. It was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Only complaint, I was told they had a complimentary breakfast which I expected out of an $200 a night hotel and was a little disappointed when I got up and there’s was none.

First a shout out to the front desk staff who remembered my name and did the best they could but they over booked, and I waited from 9:00 am when I was out on the list for rooms when they became available (check in was 4:00) to 7:00 pm when I was told they could not honor my Expedia reservation because they were overbooked, it was frustrating and tiring. I would definitely not go back.

walked into the room and the switch to the main lights did not work, could only charge our phones at the outlet by the TV. the lights by the bed however did work. couldn't open the balcony door by the bed and someone else's food was still in the fridge. Body wash bottle head was broken so couldn't use and water damage around shower. Staff was friendly and I would have rather stayed in the lobby

The pictures that were shown on Expedia of the room we rented showed us with an ocean view, but when we arrived, we were told that no rooms have ocean views. They just slightly slanted to make it look like you have an ocean view. The floor was really dirty and we had to walk around with socks or flip-flops on it had gouges in it that looked like wheels from a suitcase.
