Strange 2 in 1 hotel where you may need to check in at the Moxy because staff doesn't always work the Residence Inn desk. Very weird. Nice room, great size. Not a far walk to the train station going to Windsor Castle but it is in an unsafe area. I wouldn't recommend walking here at night or alone if a women or child.

Very frustrating as we had no elevator service for couple of hours so we had to walk to 7 th floor with a heart condition and knee joint surgery due in end July. Senior management refused to answer our frustration

Excellent hotel and very clean. Very comfy bed, loved the little kitchen area in our room. Had food at Moxy our first night and it was dreadful we ordered chicken burgers and no idea what they served us but it wasn’t chicken, greasy wedges. Needless to say we didn’t eat it or go there again. Definitely give that a miss. Breakfast at residence inn was lovely, hot and cold buffet again very clean. Car park a bit of a walk from hotel and didn’t look particularly safe but thankfully car was fine.

I love the hotel. It's clean, rooms are spacious, coffee machine with capsules and great breakfast buffet. Big Tesco nearby, restaurants and fast food, buses to central London. Moxy's reception offers pizzas 24/7 for a midnight snack. We had an amazing stay.

The 1 bedroom suite was great for a week with 2 kids. Property was close to transportation to get to central London. They should notify guest upon check in that the guest had to request access to use the gym

I’m giving it 1 Star, cause 0 isn’t an option! I usually don’t leave reviews but this one surely needs it!! If you are coming with bags to this hotel or car this isn’t the hotel for you!!!! The hotel sits at a busy crossing and you are told to take your car way down the road to unload and then walk with the bags through an area where you have people drinking alcohol and loitering around!!

Was a good property. The only negative in the room was the smell of mold in the bathroom. (The water runs out of the shower and onto the floor. I'm guessing that seepage is causing some mold in the wall.) Everything else in the room was good. The area is a little questionable, especially at night. Parking (and getting a taxi/Uber) is a pain due to the location on one-way streets. A short walk to the train station. Overall, I would stay again if in the area.

Paulo was the Operations Manager and provided outstanding support throughout out stay. He made sure we had everything we needed daily and was so pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Karen, the Receptionist was superb in her duties as well. Giving us daily advice and going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. This Marriott Hotel is the best we have ever visited, spotless, huge breakfast layout with everything you could ask for. Having a warm breakfast to start the day is priceless. Clean tables, newspapers on each table, serves making sure everything was absolutely perfect made all the difference. A huge "Thank You"
