Only 2 parking spots, on a busy road that we couldn't park on because it was a snow route. Cons:I would disagree with the "sleeps 12" in the description For our specific needs the gathering area was not large enough.

The downstairs bedrooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen provided plenty of utensils. Parking was limited but we only had two cars so that wasn't a problem. We had a wonderful time visiting with our family and friends for our 1 night stay. Everything was very clean and organized and the hosts were very accommodating. The only thing I didnt care for was the lack of parking. The stairs were very steap which I assume is common in older homes. Cute and cozy home. Thank you!

Great place for a larger group

House was great! It fit or needs great as we have a dog that needed a fenced yard. Host was prompt with all request. I would stay there again when in the area.
