Rooms need to smell good not like smoke. For a not smoke room, walls needed touched up. Proper cleaning (moving furniture to clean underneath) parking lot cramped.

I was initially excited having room near an exit . . . however, each morning 0530-0600!!!! realized the hard floor surface (& open clearance under our room door) in hallway transferred toooo much "pedestrian" noise into our room. I think 2 hotel staff members were exchanging conversations just outside our door (laundry/utility room) each a.m. (however, front desk mgr said not likely that early in a.m.)

Everything was great accept our room was at the very end of the hall on the first floor right by the exit and every time someone came in or out that exit the door slammed and it was loud. Must have been some local meth heads there cause that door open and closed all night long. Could hear all the people talking,coughing and laughing all night. Especially when the came in and out tne exit door

Everything was nice and comfortable except the east door is exit only. It’s very inconvenient. Because of this the parking lot gets full on the west side. If you have to park on the east side you have to walk around the bldg to enter.

Not the best experience

Alot of confusion over booking. I was getting texts about my room is ready and these great welcome messages. I show up around 315 to check in and the hotel employee tells me room is not ready. Sit in lobby an hour. Went up to room to unload luggage and room wasn't as clean as i would have liked. There was a big greese spot on window looking outside. Someone's earring jewelry on the counter and the mirror behind jacuzzi had water marks on it. Extra towels was great! King bed was great! Also...there was a dryer sheet stuffed in the air conditioning vent. I thought is was a dirty tissue and removed it. I realized it was there for fresh smell after i took it out but was grossed out by finding what i thought was a dirty tissue. Room was on the end of hall next to street and someone was racing his engine outside. Totally not hotels fault but i had to check if window was left open it was so loud. After paying for a jacuzzi suite (over 200.00 dollars) for one night, i did not think the room was worth it. Jacuzzi worked great! But i wasn't in jacuzzi long enough to justify the cost.
