Skots West Villa is a very nicely renovated house. This unit has two beds. One King size Tempur-Pedic style memory foam bed, one queen size memory foam bed, and a sofa couch w/ a memory foam topper. We keep our place highly maintained and have it professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use.

Pictures don't do justice to give the full feel of this home. The house listed is on the lower floor of a two-unit duplex. The house is centrally located; it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Zoo.

The house was cute and exceeded our needs. The offstreet parking was a great addition. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Bedding was clean - floors and bathroom were very clean. We loved it!!

Our stay was perfect for our needs. We were in town for my daughter’s Mid Season college swim meet at Midco Aquatic Center! Location was clean and very close the the aquatic center. Would definitely rent again if in town.

The location was the perfect size for a weekend stay. Had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to towels and extra pillows. Very clean and updated with the bathroom and flooring.
