Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I have stayed at this location many times over the last 13 years and recently have seen the establishment decline in quality and service the furniture in the room looked like was bought at a yard sale and it used to be nice furniture and the pool and hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while there was a black ring around the hot tub and pool had some kinda weird moss like stuff floating in it I understand that they are painting and replacing carpets but maybe take that part of the establishment out of service the room smelled like old marijuana and we had to going and getting the room key cards reactivated like I said this never happened before but now it is just disappointing and how about hiring someone to do the repairs instead the desk staff is running around trying to do all the repairs and leaving the desk unattended I don’t know what happened but this is not the Ramada I know and I have been staying or working or bragging Ramada up after this stay I don’t know if I would ever stay or recommend to anyone again the only thing this establishment has going for it is location to eating and sightseeing
