Room was clean, staff was very friendly, enjoyed the continental breakfast. Love the walking path close to the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed how close it was to the Falls! Would definitely recommend!!

During our stay, the elevator was broken. It had been out of service for several days, apparently. This was inconvenient for our family, but downright dangerous for many of the older guests attempting to navigate the stairs with their own luggage. Beds were uncomfortable and our toilet overflowed in the morning as we were trying to get ready. There were no maintenance staff at the hotel, so we had to brush our teeth and finish getting ready in the public restrooms by the pool. No showers for anyone that morning!

Disappointing stay- Pool maintenance needed

Our room smelled like sewage. When we went to the front desk to notify them, we were informed it was a result of recent flooding and we should just flush the toilet a few times. We were informed we could not change rooms. We used the exhaust fan in the bathroom and flushed the toilet a lot and it did get to a point where the smell was bearable. The pool was another disappointment: the chlorine was so strong that my husband and daughter were coughing and all of our eyes were watering (like cutting onions level watering). We had to get out after only a few minutes. The next day we heard other families complaining about the same thing in the pool. The free breakfast was nice and the employee running the breakfast room was wonderful!

The carpet looks dirty, we open accdentally a different room with our key we are surprise that the rooms are dirty so we looked again and its not our room no. But how come our keys work in different room very unsafe anybody can sneak in bec. Any keys will work in all rooms.. Very unsafe

Great location for walking to see the falls. Nice treat to have cookies upon arrival. Overall the rooms were okay. Nothing spectacular but served the purpose of a roadtrip stop. Tub drained slow.

The walk way along the river was beautiful. There was hair on the bathroom floor & walls. TV remote didn’t work properly. No blackout curtains. Nice view out the window. Bathroom needs to be updated & cleaned better. Good Breakfast.

Needs updating and new staff

This place needs some serious updates. Very dated. Front desk staff checking in was rather “standoff-ish”. Rooms were blah. Beds were horrible. Pros: very close to downtown area and the falls and relatively quiet. Train horns woke us up every morning.

The only elevator was not working most of one day during a 3 day stay and we were on 4th floor. Breakfast was very crowded with too many tables for the space. Window blinds were in need of dusting. An “ick” factor when seated by the window. The hot breakfast was very poor and did not change in offering or quality each morning. Parking was limited with overflow parking reached by leaving property on busy street to access an adjacent properly. There were no towel racks for hand towels or bath towels in the bathroom but there was hanging artwork. I would have preferred being able to hang towels up instead of looking at artwork. This was a very old property with only okay comfort and amenities. Poor value for the price.
