Although the rooms were clean, small and cozy the hotel is under re-modeling / construction in the same floor we stayed at and also the hallways looked like a dorm in a university. The attention in the reception was cold and impersonal, nothing better to expect from a Madrid airport personnel who receives people in and out. We complained also as we reserved a queen or double bed but the hotel did not respect the request and gave us two twin beds. Receptionist said the hotel was full….. in the end we slept there for 6 hours and caught a plane out next morning so I did not mind much.

Phenomenal hotel near the airport

We got this hotel since we were spending half a day after staying in Italy for two weeks and before heading to Miami. We booked the hotel because it was near the airport but the hotel itself is superb. Beautiful lobby, amazing bar, excellent service and a breakfast buffet which was varied and of very high quality better than a coupe of 4 stars hotel that we stayed in Italy.

The lobby was unbelievably noisy when checking in. Front desk staff excellent. Very few amenities for the price, complimentary coffee/water not available in common area. Outside bar staff not accommodating or welcoming. Will not stay in this chain again, accommodations and amenities not commensurate with the price.

This property is very nice and modern inside. There is a free shuttle to the airport but it's also very close to the metro stop that you can take to the airport and take to the city center. Highly recommend

Decent room with aircon and pillows of variable firmness, big bed. There was a swimming pool with a guard, but airport shuttle could have been better organised
