We had a four-day, three-night stay here for my wife and I mid-Feb 2024 and it was amazing, truly amazing. Everything was 5-star and the service was impeccable. The airline lost our luggage on arrival but the team here were making calls all the time and eventually located it and delivered it to our room. Wonderful, wonderful friendly and smiley people, amazing room, one of the best breakfast line-ups ever, a great pool and just one of the best 'feeling' hotels you could wish for. If you want an amazing hotel, safe, luxurious and close to all of the temples, Pub Street etc - then this is your place...

Hotel was nice Staff are lovely The food and drinks are so overpriced for Cambodia. Cambodia sell themselves as a cheap country to visit. But this hotel takes the biscuit. $30-$40 for a plate of food. While outside the gates of the hotel, Delious food for $2 a plate. And better in my opinion. I got a pick up as part of my booking via hotel.com and all was fine, when I ask for the drop back to the airport, I was informed that there is a charge of $40 this wasn’t explained of hotels.com or from the hotel on arrival. Bit of a con really in my opinion. Pub street food all around that area is very expensive also. Tuk tuks are $2 a trip everywhere local. Took a Tuk Tuk to the Angkor Wat and was so cheap compared to hotel. Overall stay was just about ok Regards Keith

Very nice old style hotel with dark rich woodwork. Helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. The tour desk was exceptional and set things up for us with guides and tuktuk, and very useful advice. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Thank you.

Spent two nights here January 2024. Immediately booked another stay for next week. Room with pool view was beautiful and very clean. Bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and just the right amount of pillows. Spa was amazing, it’s like a Roman bathhouse, women and men are separate. Staff were extremely kind and service was exceptional. My wife had a massage and had her nails done, she absolutely loved our time there. This is definitely my spot in Siem Reap and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
