Nice hotel for the price you pay

We had the superior twin bed room and it was pretty decent base on the price we paid.

Never back again.

The room smelt very bad, and they are doing decoration work in front of our door.Such bad experience, I will not book this hotel for ever.

The staff barely speaks English. The hotel itself looks outdated and parts of it look like they are still under construction. The room was badly isolated, both in terms of noise and temperature.

BEDBUGS! I was bitten over a 4 night stay. After I addressed the front desk, they assured me it was only mosquitoes. Housekeeping came to my room to change the bedding but every night I was STILL bitten. The bites lasted more than a week (I'm still itchy). Horrible, horrible stay/experience

Comfy room bad service

The hotel tried to rip us off. As soon as we arrived they said they had no confirmation of our reservation and wanted us to pay again. They also gave our documents to another stranger who was trying to book a room and gave us his showing that he booked for the wrong date. We felt conned and scammed. Drunk people were everywhere in the hotel making loud screaming noises and pushing doors.

由深圳灣出發不用20塊的士錢，位置民居，餐廳近在只尺，飲食宵夜十分方便，但沒有商場，幸好洒店有洒家，足不出戶也可以品嘗味食。個人感覺適合短線逗留不二之選。

便利な場所です。スタッフの対応が良かった、部屋は綺麗です。少し気になるのはタバコの臭いがあります。ホテルのスタッフに言ったら、すぐ交換してもらいました。 コストパフォーマンスがいいホテルでした。近いところ同じ名前のホテルの別の支店があって、タクシーを利用するときに気をつけたほうが良いです。
