When we arrived at our first room, the beds were made, but the bathroom had dirty towels on the floor from the last guests. The receptionist upgraded us to a suite which was much better and more accessible. However, our room received no housekeeping during our 2 night stay. Breakfast was very good and the dining area was well stocked and very clean. The selection was very good.

The guy (Andre or Andrew?) that checked us in was awesome! Efficient and funny! However, food containers were left in the closet, hair in the shower and the floor was somewhat dirty. Also, shower doors look like they might fall off any day now.

Carpet and room was filthy black, From the door to the bed. Is soap scum in all 4 corners of the shower, The sliding doors for the shower were loose on the bottom so it swung in and out not safe. When I brought this to the tension of the staff they moved me to a cleaner room. I want to pull out the chair at the desk to do some work the wheels were broken would not move and look like it had been cleaned in years. The person that took care of me was perfect very professional excellent demeanor helpful He should get kudos for the way he handled things. Trash cans outside over flowing trash on ground. Carpets in the hallway of floor number 4 look like they had been cleaned in years. I have pictures of the condition of the room if you would like to see them. However I doubt you will contact me.
