The property includes a lot of great additional value for families and couples alike. Being right next to Tlaquapaque (sp?), there is great stuff to check out a short distance away. Also, the resort at the time of our stay included free access to a fun little mini golf course and provides equipment needed, there is a small playground, access to a creekside park, free access to an arcade/game room, and multiple pools (one being family/kid targeted). The room was huge providing plenty of space. Will definitely be going back!

Ready for an upgrade which I think is happening soon. Furniture in the room was OLD, sofa living room was uncomfortable but the bed, linens, and kitchen was spotless. We had to hunt for pool towels which apparently were in the bedroom closet but we weren’t told that before we got to the pool. Wouldn’t have been a big deal except that the bartender at the pool and the front desk guy were pretty snide about it which I thought was unnecessary and rude. Otherwise a great stay and reasonable cost.

As many others have pointed out, the units have dated furniture and decor, but they are clean, spacious and functional. Our 2 bedroom suite was big and included a kitchenette equipped with a 2 burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. The resort area is beautiful, and includes access to its own natural creek, it also has tennis, pickleball, mini golf, basketball and a nice heated pool with extra large hot tub. It has a gym and a full service spa. There is an onsite restaurant but it has poor reviews, so we decided not to try it. There are plenty of better options within walking distance. It shares the parking lot with the beautiful Tlaquepaque shopping area. The property was purchased by Hilton last year and its undergoing a full renovation. They are working on one unit at a time, so you will barely notice the workers. It is a time share, so you can expect the usual sales pitch at check-in but in our case we politely declined and that was that. We will certainly come back.

In town for work last month been at this property five stars across the board. My only problem is the rates jumped bye forty dollars a nite. Being on a budget have to stay elsewhere, but certainly enjoyed my time there.

Our stay was not a comfortable one. Our room was located in an old building away from the resort. When we checked were sent to the wrong building, once we realized that, we had to go back to check-in to figure out the right room. That was disappointing, as were were carry our luggage back and forth from place to place. The room was small, no cups provided for coffee. We had to call the front desk twice for the cups and because the television was not working. The shower door would get stuck, making it challenging to open of close. The person that sent us to the wrong room did give us a $25 voucher for the restaurant at the resort. That was appreciated.

Quaint & Charming Resort

Just an overnight stay and a good clean and quiet hotel. Very welcoming staff and the concierge provided great information about good restaurants nearby. Very quaint and charming resort. Needs a bit of updating but overall very nice place and price was excellent.
