Los Abrigados weekend stay

a very pleasant and comfortable room, and very nice expansive grounds to walk around on. Very easy to hike trails and or walk around town. With such a complete little kitchen we will bring more of our own food next time too.

We have stayed at Los Abrigados a few times over the past 30 years. We stay here because it is a nice property, away from the downtown area, and it's our tradition. Generally, we enjoyed our stay - the fitness center, pool, and rooms themselves were very enjoyable. The grounds are well maintained and it is overall still a beautiful resort. That said, we did not appreciate the concierge pounce to offer a "welcome packet" which was nothing more than a grilling and pressure to book reservations with partner vendors and felt similar to a timeshare hustle. It was very off-putting. Also, the restaurant situation was weird. We didn't want to leave the property one night so we had dinner there and it was good.

We loved staying here! The property is beautiful and nicely maintained. Rooms are clean and kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make breakfast or heat up leftovers from one of the many restaurants nearby. Bed was super comfy! It's a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
