Nice family experience

Great hotel for a family stay in Sedona. You basically don't need to leave the place and there is good shopping and food options right by it. Check in was very nice. Richard at the front desk was prompt and informative. I wasn't a huge fan of the upselling at the concierge, but that is typical of Hilton brand resort hotels. Room was a little dated and the king bed in our 2 bdrm suite was not as comfortable as the queen beds in the other room. But it looks like they are starting to make renovations to the place. Overlooking that, they have a lot of amenities for a family with young kids. Loved the kiddie pool and walking by the river. Pickleball was a plus to have as well. Their restaurant, Spoke and Wheel, seemed a little overwhelmed so we ordered our food from them to go, which was ready pretty quickly. Will be staying here again!

There was only one thing that was not wonderful. The light on the electrical outlet in the bathroom sink area that we could not turn off. It was bright and annoying when trying to sleep in the otherwise roomy bedroom with blackout curtains. The staff was great, the kitchenette and living area with patio was awesome, the grounds were lovely. All praise other than that light. We will be back, it wasn't a deal breaker. :)

The property was large and most of the amenenites are outdated including the room. The room was clean howeber the location of the room was not convenien for me. I had to walk up 2 sets of stairs. There wasn't any elevators. The mattress was horrible and bath towles were old and not soft. I spent most of my time off property.

There for work and had been up graded a one bedroom for a studio a number of times. This stay was issued a studio. I found it to be quite small and in the future will go with the one bedroom.Was clean and comfortable but definitely to small.
