We booked a two-room suite during the holidays, but unfortunately the room was in poor condition with foul odors, and the hotel was fully booked. Despite this, Antonio handled the situation exceptionally well. He was professional, proactive, and went above and beyond to find a solution. His customer service truly made a difference and deserves recognition.

Staff was kind and helpful. Pool area was nice. Room was very outdated and needed repairs. Felt like the carpet hadn’t been cleaned for years. Staff mentioned a room renovation is being planned soon and we would only consider returning after that.

Staff welcoming and friendly. Pitch for the 90 minute sales offer was polite, not too pushy, took no for an answer. Unit had all we needed. Walkable to great coffee shop across the street, shops, galleries and restaurants in Tlaquepaque and Hillside. We only took the car out to go to the trails, which was great.

I loved everything about my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and had beautiful views of the red rocks. The hot tub and pool were warm enough to use even in the cold winter evenings. The spa was a bit outdated but I enjoyed having access to the steam and sauna. They were perfect after a long day of hiking. The best thing about this stay is the location. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance and it’s right in the heart of town.

The rooms are a little outdated, but very spacious and comfortable. We loved the heated pool and the huge Jacuzzi. It was fun to explore the spacious grounds and find things to do like play miniature golf. We're would definitely come and stay longer. Oh, and the location is great, right behind Tlaquepaque!

Staff great. Hotel campus fantastic. But rooms very old. Broken furniture (couch). Also, the hotel has wood burning fireplaces in other units which are really bad for allergies and smell. They should convert to gas. But…price was excellent for a last minute reservation…plus, very easy to walk everywhere including to trails.
