Los Ab need fixing

Refrigerator door fell off and hit us on the head when putting items away. Staff took 2 hours to fix. Refrigerator defrosted onto the floor. Management didn’t offer to move us or any other option. Towel ring fell off the wall. Ants all over patio coming onto patio door. Lobby and entrance have construction and not accessible. Restaurant had open sign and door was locked. Tiles falling off in pool area with fungal growth.

We stayed here 4 nights. Our first two nights was a bit challenging with noise upstairs, kids running around and dragging chairs which made it very annoying and difficult to sleep. Other than that, our suit was great ! Do we didn’t have much time to enjoy the nice alcove. Awesome place !!

First experience at your resort. Room H237 was somewhat dated and in need of some TLC. The facility map I was given was not easy to follow and it took some time to find our rooms/buildings. Quite a bit of construction going on. For a first time customer, it was a bit confusing.

The front desk check in experience was not good. The gentleman was really nice but overwhelmed and kept answering incoming calls so it took forever to check us in. No elevator and we were on the second floor (only 2 floors in each building). The room was very outdated and tired looking. When the AC kicked on the first night it was super loud but at least it worked that night. We didn’t realize until the next night it stopped working and was 74 degrees. It was late when we discovered it so we just opened a window and reported it the next day when we checked out. The coffee pot also didn’t work. I expected so much more when I saw the 9.0 Expedia rating but it was more like a 7.0. They did have shops and restaurants close by so that was positive.
