Presenting Bella Vista. A thoughtfully designed private home, built to capture the stunning views of Sedona's Cathedral Rock.

A private home located in rural West Sedona that offers floor to ceiling windows, patio hot tub, modern kitchen with all of the amenities for making an amazing dinner for you and your guests, and more.

Drive 10 minutes to enjoy Sedona's shopping, art, jeep tours, etc. or take a 15 minute drive and explore Old Town Cottonwood & wineries. The possibilities are endless.

Hot tub & pool:

RULE 1 - NO DIVING.

Pool is only 5 feet deep and if we see or hear of any diving in the pool we will shut it down. This is for you, your guests and us as hosts safety. Thank you for following the rules.

Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub and pool area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Health Considerations: Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub and or pool to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub & pool.

Pool Cover: We ask that you please cover the pool back up when you're done using it as to mitigate any debris, dust, dirt or critters that may want to wander in and have a dip.

No Glassware: For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub or pool area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers. Should we find broken glass in or around the pool we will assess a $250 fee to the guest.

Liability: Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur. By using the hot tub and pool, you agree to abide by these guidelines as well as those posted rules in this listing. If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub & pool at all times while children are present.

POOL HEATING: If you're staying as our guest and would like the pool heated during your stay then we will assess the following fee to heat the pool:

$200/ Day ( Apr 15 - Oct 30)

The above fees will be paid direct to the property manager or Owner.

POOL INFORMATION AND DISCLOSURES:

1) Pool heat will only turn on between April 15 and October 30th.

2) If the weather is unseasonably cold we will only turn the pool heat on if ambient air temps are higher than 75.

3) The pool heat will most likely reach 80 degrees during colder days but cannot guarantee esp if night temps drop in 30’s. You are choosing to heat the pool at your own discretion. Unfortunately we cannot control the outside ambient temp of the pool.

4) During May thru September the pool heat will most likely reach 84 degrees or slightly less but depends on night temperatures.

5) Please DO NOT TOUCH the thermostat on pool heater or any other pool equipment. Please ask us so we don’t break or overwork pump or worse burn off the chlorine faster than expected and pool will need to be shocked without use of pool. If we do find anyone tampering with controls you will be asked to vacate the pool area for the duration of your stay and refund will not be given. Thank you!

6) We will need to know that you would like the pool heated a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival.

THE SPACE

A unique and bright Sedona home, Bella Vista was designed by its architect owner to take in the expansive red rock vista from all the indoor spaces and the large deck. A comfortable home in red rock country, Bella Vista has views from all three bedrooms as well as the great room.

Out of the way, in Sedona's rural countryside, Bella Vista perfect accommodations with all the comforts of home. Just a 10-minute drive to West Sedona where you will find grocery stores, the theater, and restaurants, you are only a few minutes drive from Red Rock State Park and another 10 minutes to Crescent Moon Recreation Area.

Old Town Cottonwood is a short 15 minute drive and the Mining Ghost Town of Jerome is a quick 30 minutes from our front door. Don't forget to check out the "Spirit Room" or the "Haunted Hamburger" for lunch while there.

This lovely three-bedroom vacation home is perfect for all who desire private Sedona accommodations with great views and all the comforts of home while exploring all that Northern Arizona has to offer.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full access to this home during their stay with us. They will access the home via digital key pad which we'll provide the code to prior to arrival.

On site parking is complimentary to our guests and the best way to get around from this location is by vehicle.
