Unit is equipped with a full kitchen, has fast and strong wifi , modern TV with streaming applications, separate hot water tank, private entrance and a small patio. Easy street parking.
The space
Enter our gated property and stairs opposite the gates will take you to the separate entrance of this lovely 450 square foot studio apartment. Be sure you are comfortable descending and climbing stairs (see pictures). This very quiet studio is adjacent to a forest ravine and has a king size bed (really king) and all amenities except washer and dryer. Full kitchen including microwave, oven and dishwasher. Full bath. Reliable high speed internet. Property outside the apartment is monitored by security cameras. New interior furnishings all in splendid condition. Spacious storage closet for extended stays. Self check in and check out.
Guest access
Access to apartment is drop off and pick.. Abundant street parking is available 150 feet from the studio up the private driveway. There are 15 stairs and two landings leading to the small patio and entrance. Property is located mid-Mercer Island which is flat for walking and offers easy access to the main road and to the freeways..
Other things to note
This is our home and we take pride in it and in maintaining our property. The studio is private for you and we ask that you respect the privacy of our gardens, yard and home. Our property is secured with a monitored alarm system and there are multiple security cameras on the property for your and our safety. There are no cameras inside the studio unit. We have no children or animals.

Really amazing stay!

This was an exceptional stay! The place had everything you could want, and more, lots of very nice extras like slippers and lots of body lotions. It had a full, fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and quiet. It is so serene. Absolutely gorgeous island and surroundings. Loulia, the host, was terrific. Very helpful and very responsive. I met her when I was checking in and she was so nice, she even allowed me to have groceries sent before I got there and she put them in the unit for me. I will definitely go back! Really lovely.

Peaceful getaway

I spent three nights here and everything was very nice and very quiet. Great location on Mercer Island for me (minutes from relatives). Owners were very helpful, and unit was nicely furnished and laid out.
