I would say the Archer need to address their customer serivce, front of house and bar staff were all extremely rude. We did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel, it is also by a very busy highway with constant road and machine noise all night long.

Huge none refundable pet fee!!!

I hate to give such a low rating but we were surprised with a $150 none refundable pet deposit! No where did it say when I was booking that this was the fee (even though the manager said it says so). I even checked through my booking and no where does hotels.com say this is the fee and I even messaged the hotel through the app saying I was being our dog and even then they never mentioned it. We were very blindsided with this fee and it ruined our trip, we had no plans of paying a $150 dollars fee that we don’t even get back. We were in town for a charity even my husband does every year as a fire fighter and the funds go to leukemia and lymphoma, we had to cut our trip short as well because of the unexpected cost. Super disappointing and we couldn’t even cancel or room and get a refund so we could stay somewhere else. The staff (besides the manager) were all great and the hotel is nice, the area was pleasant too.

Better than the big name brands

We took a chance instead of staying at one of the big name brands, and we’ve never had better service. Friendly reception, easy, check-in, spacious room. The kids loved having a king bed to share.

Great stay only slight problem we had was getting into the parking our key didnt work but there was a button that called the front desk and they helped immediately so I would still give it a 5/5 :)

This hotel was great. The staff was so friendly and we loved they were all “real people” and weren’t in uniforms which made it feel way cooler. Better TV options would have been nice, smart TV or an option to watch a movie through a streaming device. Also, Expedia said there are microwaves in each room which there is not. Had to go to the lobby to heat up food. The coffee in the lobby was really good and a hot cocoa bar for the win!
