We chose not to eat breakfast in the hotel, so cannot comment. We had an evening meal 1 night, and the food was delicious. On arrival, our room - 722- felt cold, but we left our luggage and went straight out again. When we came back the room was still cold. The thermostat was set at 32, but it room temperature was no where need that. We went out for a meal, and on returning the room fely very cold . I contacted reception, and a man came up to check. He pressed some buttons, said it was working, and warm air was coming out of the grill. We were so cold, that we went to bed with socks and dressing gowns on. The room wamed up over night, and by morning, it was pleasantly warm. However, when we left the room again, on returning it was cold. Also the corridor on the 7th floor was chilly, as were the lounge and dining areas. We stayed at your hotel on the 2 coldest night of the year, but we expected Holiday inn would be able to cope. It might have helped if there had been instruction on how to work the heating controls. Incidentally, friends who also stayed on the 7 floor, had the same experience. They were offered an extra heater on their 2nd night.

The experience was excellent from the point we checked-in to the time we left. We were checked in by a simply wonderful lady called Ewa! She must be one of the most friendly and courteous person that we have come across!! The room was clean and spacious! Our only "complaint" would be that the matresses on the beds could be improved, but they were not bad. Luckily, we had Ewa check us out, so had the same friendly and courteous experience! She is definitely an asset!

All of the staff were polite but especially those working in the dinning area. A particular mention of Francisco who was even more willing and helpful than the others (who were great themselves). These guys really made the stayt even more enjoyable. Well done, guys.

Very nice rooms, recently refurbished and friendly helpful staff. Surpassed expectations. The only downside for me were the pillows which were like sacks of cement. But I guess I could have asked for different ones. Good experience. Good value.
