This is so much better than a hotel. The room is big and airy with a little kitchen so we could make a snack and mugs of tea and coffee. Loved having a sofa and a table and chairs. The bathroom was immaculate. Check in and out was easy and staff were friendly. The area is quiet but the city centre is an easy walk so the location is ideal. Breakfast was excellent.

I went to Leicester to see the Richard III museum, which was excellent. What I saw of the town itself was quite dirty my daughter did not feel safe walking to a restaurant a little distance from our hotel. HOWEVER, the hotel was excellent. Extremely clean, large room, very quiet and quite comfortable. The staff were wonderful.

Kitchen facilities in the room and good bathroom. But no instructions re heating or use of microwave, hob etc. The staff were helpful and reset the heating but the panel in the room did not work for us. TV was good. The chairs and table were a great feature but my partner felt the chairs were a bit unstable.

I only stayed one night in this converted old building but the rooms are laid out well. Having a kitchenette was great to heat up my breakfast/ quick meal late in the night. This will be great for those with young children or if you don't want to eat out. Finding your room is like walking through a labyrinth, signage can be improved as we kept following the arrows below the room numbers instead of across the board.
