The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was also spacious and bright with a deep tub and really good shower pressure. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The only downside is that it says there is a restaurant, but i never saw it, and the property is a good distance away from places to eat.

Good stay but I think I expected a bit more. I had called twice in the span of 10 days to make sure I was given their complimentary romantic theme so I could surprise my partner. Both people I spoke with said it had been noted. In the two days before I arrived I tried to call to make sure that it was still going to be done but they were having trouble with their phone lines so no calls were going through. When we showed up, I was so bummed because there was no romantic theme in the room. That put a bit of a downer to the start of my trip but then again it’s a complimentary thing so I couldn’t really be upset. I just wished after calling twice to make sure it’ll be done and being told it would be done, it was a disappointment. Other than that, the stay was good! Saw a few bugs in the room but I think because it’s bug season at night. They were NOT bed bugs! Hotel staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was good! I recommend the brownie and ice cream for dessert because that was so delicious! If you’re looking for somewhere away from the city, this is the place!

I didnt like there was no restaurant or bar or complimentaruy breakfasr or pool like many hotels offer... I also didn't like the casino advertised on their website buffet but there is no more buffet since covid...think tgey should update that for sure...

The hotel is nice with spacious rooms but, the bed is very uncomfortable with no supportive mattress, the light bulbs are 2 watts, room is dark and dim when the sun sets and the TV doesn't have 30 channels to pick from with the only options being; news, sports, children's, french and the weather channel! The check-in time at 4pm is not ideal and when arriving there were 7 people in line waiting to check-in.

This hotel is so great for Port Perry. Not only is it super clean, beautifully renovated and relaxing- the staff are super friendly and helpful and it’s in a beautiful location. The casino is also an added benefit! It’s amazing having a nice hotel to stay at while visiting family in Port Perry. Will most definitely be back!
