Very nice caravan park

Avoid this place at all costs. We paid around $2,500 for one night, expecting a relaxing family holiday, but it turned into a nightmare. Our booking was for 12 guests (5 men, 5 women, and 2 children aged 2 and 5). At around 11 PM, the operator falsely accused us of sneaking in an extra person and threatened to throw us all out. We were over 6 hours from home, with young children and no accommodation available nearby. The women and kids were terrified. The police were called. They were professional, listened to both sides, checked our booking and guest count, and confirmed we had exactly 12 people as booked. We had done nothing wrong. The operator’s behaviour was aggressive, intimidating, and completely unacceptable. We felt unfairly targeted, and the experience left our entire family feeling unsafe and distressed. Even after the police resolved the situation, the women in our group were too scared to sleep because of the threats. For the price we paid, we expected respect and hospitality—not false accusations and intimidation. This was the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. Save your money and book somewhere else. We will never return and would never recommend this property to anyone. Do yourself and your Family a favour never book this Place if you want to enjoy your good time otherwise you’ll will regret it like us later.
