Staff were great. Bed comfortable. Room and bathroom shabby. Mould on bath curtain. Soap dishes oxidised. Door in bathroom splitting from water at the bottom. Picture was missing from the wall showing the grubbiness of the wallpaper. The room needs modernising. We were on the 13th floor. I'm guessing that these rooms have been left as the new wing was expected to be finished earlier and now it's not until September. Location is terrific. Food was great. Staff were great. If our room had been normal standard for a hotel this size we would have rated it a 4.5.
