1 night stop on the way to Damai for a family holiday. Executive Room was superb! Excellent food. Nice pool except no hot water in the pool change rooms. Well trained and polite staff (unlike other places). Would most definitely stay here again.

Staff were great. Bed comfortable. Room and bathroom shabby. Mould on bath curtain. Soap dishes oxidised. Door in bathroom splitting from water at the bottom. Picture was missing from the wall showing the grubbiness of the wallpaper. The room needs modernising. We were on the 13th floor. I'm guessing that these rooms have been left as the new wing was expected to be finished earlier and now it's not until September. Location is terrific. Food was great. Staff were great. If our room had been normal standard for a hotel this size we would have rated it a 4.5.

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, particularly liked the bathroom with the walk in shower, unlike some hotels that have the shower in the bath. Being an older person a walk in shower is much safer. As well, breakfast was included in the room price which is very helpful ..."
