Ok location, but......
It is a nice and clean apartment but we will not come back.
At check in we had received a code for the door, but the code didn’t work...!
After waiting a while we received a new code, but a bad start when you are arriving tried.
In front of our window is a huge construction going on what for sure will continue for
another 2 years. That means that there is a lot of loud noises starting early in the
morning until evening, so you can’t really open the window to get some fresh air in.
We had an air condition but no remote. When we ask where the remote is,
the landlord said that he can bring it, but when we use it to long we have to pay extra.
During the night we woke up because other people in the house played loud music
and had parties in the morning around 3 o’clock (during the week) and dogs were barking.
They renovated as well the floor above us and the reception told us that they
would work from 10-18 during the day....that was not quit true.
We woke up from those workers around 7 in the morning. We stayed here for 3 nights and we didn’t get so much sleep AS expected. During the day it was as well impossible to sleep because of the noises from the constructions, the streets and the heat in the apartment.
If you come for the kitchen, it is not really good equipped but for small things it’s ok.
The oven is not working, but we Founder old bread in the oven.
Overall the apartment has an ok position, but because of all the noises not a good choice.
