Chambre rouge...Chercher un autre B&B

Nous sommes venus Ă  SANTA CRUZ pour le carnaval. Nous avons choisi cet Ă©tablissement bien situĂ© en ville mais selon les commentaires prĂ©cĂ©dents nous avions rĂ©servĂ© la chambre violette cĂŽtĂ© cour pour ne pas avoir le bruit de la rue ! On nous a attribuĂ© la chambre rouge...sans volet et une fenĂȘtre qui ne ferme pas correctement alors trĂšs difficile de dormir avec les festivitĂ©s du carnaval mĂȘme en se couchant Ă  2h du mat et Ă  6h les poubelles passent les conteneurs sont juste en face de la chambre !!! Nous avons pu Ă©changer avec les voyageurs de la chambre violette pour eux pas de bruit. Nous avons demandĂ© Ă  plusieurs reprises de changer car nous avions rĂ©servĂ© 5 nuits... impossible. De plus la salle de bain est un couloir de 60 cm de large avec un lave mains en guise de lavabo et vu l'Ă©troitesse vos genoux touchent le mur lorsque vous ĂȘtes assis sur le WC. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est correct mais sans plus et le mĂȘme pendant notre sĂ©jour de 5 jours. Point positif le mĂ©nage est fait tout les jours et l'emplacement est proche des rues piĂ©tonnes.
