Staff wasnt very welcoming. Doors did not properly shut. Rooms were filthy. Bedding had hair and dirt in them. Hand prints all over the walls.
The floors were covered in firt and hair. The walls and baseboards had gunk in them, not cleaned at all. Our room smelled of smoke.
