This hotel used to be a Motel 6 and was renamed only on May 12, less than a week ago. Expedia should have clearly disclosed this, but there was no warning or notice at all. This is a very poor hotel. I stayed here before, and the blankets smelled terrible. There was no shampoo or body wash, not to mention basic amenities like a refrigerator. It was also extremely noisy.

The staff is rude as heck. My reservation was put in for one day instead of two and they came to my room at 4:30 yelling at me that I’m 5 hours late, and then when I fixed the problem they made me move into a room upstairs knowing how much of my belongings I have with me and didn’t even help me move it. It literally took me two hours to do. Then the staff at the register didn’t know the new system so they made me pay double and I had to wait for refund. The floors in all of the rooms are dirty as hell. And the air conditioning didn’t work in the first room and the second room I was supposed to get a refrigerator and a microwave but was told they only have a refrigerator. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!

This place is a dump, they have the worst customer service workers I could possibly imagine. Debbie at the front desk was the worst. She needs to be fired in my opinion. This place used to be motel 6 and transferred ownership to the vagabond. Heads up vagabond you probably should change your staff too. Because whatever motel 6 taught these people no wonder they were bought out or sold it. Please do something about your staff who was so unpleasant even after I was a paying customer for over two weeks.
