I have been going to this place for work trips for over 8 months and the hot tub has been broken as well as several doors, dispensers and walkways. Always under construction, but never progress

What I like is the price, and honestly we have stayed in several Airbnbs in Solcan, Los Olivos, San Ynez, and Buelton. We would recommend it if you are in need of a hotel during the busy season, It is a a few minutes away from Solvang but the scenery is worth it. It is quiet and the customer service was great. Not a fan of the breakfast because you have Solvang near and can get your delicious pastries and coffee in the main town. But if you are in a budget and have kids and or traveling in a huge group check the breakfast area. Anyways, the price is good when you cannot find something for 1 night or two and all other hotels are 200+ a night. Might not be fancy but it is quiet and me and my husband had a good night rest.

The a/c in the room was loud, and you could not change the tempature to your liking you had to choose one of the preset (which was too warm or cold). Weird smell in the rooms and halls.

We got there around 10pm to check in and we were surprised by a line of over 10 groups of people in the lobby. The poor front desk worker was the only one there trying to check everyone in. Long wait which was annoying but worker was helpful in explaining everything. Rooms were clean and no complaints. Room keys were finnickey (i spelled that wrong) and they worked for our room but not consistently for other places like the breakfast room. Hot tub was broken which was disappointing. Overall, it's good price for simple, clean stay.
