Absolutely horrible room. First, the room smelled of mold. the room phone was inoperable. Second, the furniture holding the bed was damaged (prior to my arrival) and scratched and damaged my right leg. Third, the lock was loose and damaged from prior use. fourth, there was mold on the towel racks in the restroom. The biggest issue was that the smoke detector in the room was unplugged and inoperable. A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE. FORGET HIS MOTEL! I have photos of all the issues.

Staff is helpful. Prices are a bit too high for this property. Owner seems to be trying to make improvements and I look forward to seeing the future results. Marcos, Veronica, Vikki, Peter, Raul, Correna and Mr. Fitter are helpful and accommodating. Overall plenty of food and shopping within walking distance and the pool is clean and clear. There are also less homeless and troublemakers roaming around than previously. My rating out of 10 despite how may be calculated is a 6/10

Most of the staff are great! Marco in Maintenance who also helps with linen tries his best to handle what needs to be handled while always smiling and courteous , Veronica is the best housekeeper here and really cares about providing great service with a smile, Peter is on top of keeping everyone happy and the guests and property safe from the riff raff, Correna is always helpful and goes the extra step for guests, Vikki is there to understand and help with a cheerful smile and makes the best coffee in the mornings, and Mr. Fitter is working on cleaning up the place in regards to clearing out the ones that are more trouble for others. The pool was in bad shape for a bit but is now clean and clear thanks to the pool man and maintenance. This property definitely needs improvements and is overpriced but I hope in the future more is invested into the property or the prices go down to better accommodate what guests are paying for.

Check in was quick, but we did arrive almost at midnight so that was expected. On our second day, the key didn’t work. We went down to the lobby and 2 other people were there for the exact same problem. I thought that was odd. All 3 of us waited there until the guy at the front desk returned. He said he was away getting towels. The room was hot on both days and the thermostat could not be adjusted. Upon check out, the man behind the desk was on the phone and motioned to me to give him my key. He continued to talk on the phone then said to me, “you’re good.” I asked if I could get a receipt. He continued to talk on the phone as he attempted to print my receipt. Then, he looked up to say I booked through Expedia so my receipt would be emailed and continued to talk on the phone. He never bothered to ask if everything was okay, so I had to resort to writing my review here to say that in addition to what was stated above, there was also a roach in the shower, a smell of sewer in the bathroom, and left over ice in the mini fridge.

Blood staind pillow cover. Attacked by live bed bugs. Rashes and itching make me to visit ER VA Hospital. Motel 6"s staff never take care of this problem. Not recommend and no more visit any Motel 6.💩☠️

Gross but staff friendly

Got what u pay for. There is an attempt to make a change but its got a long way to go! Walls newly painted, beds clean. Floors were GROSS!! Doubt housekeeping has cleaned bath floor in years. We ended up laying extra towels all over floor to keep from sticking to god knows what? Everything in bathroom was either broke or gross. Plug didnt work, toilet leaked, shower head wont stay up, ceiling fan cover missing. Whole room felt extremely damp. Tv good and was told we got bonus fridge n microwave for free, lucky us. Staff was nice but overall a good deep cleaning needed.

I travel for work and stayed at this “no-tell motel” for over a month. They have multiple families, elderly, and addicts living out of the hotel. The nights are noisy from the addicts fighting and the homeless have been given free roam of property. The will dig in the trash cans right outside your room during early am hours. The staff don’t give a f$&@ about anything going on there. Don’t waste your time calling them. You have to request room service and they will skip your room. Stayed there for over a month room got serviced once. Thank god I carry and have the means to defend myself. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. The girl in 237 sells drugs and god only knows what else. The older couple downstairs from 232 fight daily when the drugs run out. Again I would not stay here
