The hotel's location was great - a very short walk (5-10 minutes) to pretty much everything to see in the center of Solvang. There was some road noise in our odd-numbered room, which faces the road and didn't have sound-dampening windows. The even-numbered rooms face away from the road and would be much better for light sleepers.

This was such a cute place to stay. Loved the two story. So spacious. Service was great and very courteous. They had playpens available since I brought my 5 month old. No laundry service or breakfast. Close to shopping, food, and museum.

Enjoyable stay in a good location to enjoy Solvang

The service was excellent from check-in through check-out. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and the bartender was cool. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the underground parking was a perk. Also had a beautiful valley view with a balcony to enjoy it. The hallway noise did seep into the room a bit, and the towels were not soft, but I appreciated that there was really good coffee 24/7 in the lobby and a number to text anytime if we needed something. I also thought the lounge was cool and the lobby cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice overall. Centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and shops. However, don't let them put you in Room 222! It was the only room on the floor that the entrance to the room was located outside. There was a door to enter a hallway with a key card right outside of our room that led to all of the other rooms from an inner hallway. Consequently, we heard every person get off of the elevator and use the key card to enter this hallway. It was very noisy all day and night. Also, the heater fan was so loud that we could not hear the tv. We were supposed to receive a food and drink credit but were not told about it or offered this. The staff was kind but the room itself was not good.

Smelly Motel not a hotel/ disappointment

This place is a glorified motel not a hotel. Definitely not worth $320 a night. The carpets smelled like wet dog. The mattresses were u comfortable and bumpy, the towels and sheets were old and crusty. Overall terrible for a “hotel” as they call themselves.

Everything was amazing. Only issue we had was tha we wish we could’ve had a late checkout to relax a bit more as they were very strict about checkout time at 11:00, but understandable with the high demand that they get.
