Very welcoming hotel. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Some challenges at check in; said they would call us when the room was ready but didn’t. We quick to respond problems with TV and internet. Overall, would go back for the great service!

This is a great location- you can walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean- and the pool is heated so we were able to swim in December!

It's a nicely run hotel. We were a bit worried since we realized there were dogs and young kids in rooms near us while walking to ours, but we didn't hear anything after getting into our room and throughout the night.

The room was infested with ants, both phone chargers in the room did not work, and there was a baby diaper left from a prior guest in the bathroom trash can. Also all the shower soaps were in bottles that could be opened and tampered with. This is the first time I have ever seen that. When I told the front desk about all the problems all they said was sorry.
