Property is fairly nice but there were many issues during our stay. For one, they offer an upgrade to a room with a balcony however, it’s hardly a balcony extending a mere 4 inches. Our room was over an alley where trash trucks and constant filling of trash bins wasn’t a pleasant way to wake up. Restaurant on property was sub par as well. Rooftop pool is nice but quite small and overcrowded.

Lady outside screamed from 3 am to 4am. Non-stop and I know she was a homeless person and that is not Kimpton's responsibility but it was alarming.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms were always clean. Property was very clean and restaurant was very good, right in the middle of everything from shopping to the beach.

They have perfect location. All walkable. Paseo Nuevo mall and all downtown fun areas were accessible by foot. Very dog friendly. Nice clean room.
