We had 3 hotel rooms for our family. 2 were perfect, ours had a broken sofa so no place to sit in suite for whole family. Yhe floor was wet where the air-conditioner was. The spa was broken, so we didnt get to use that. However, the view from the mountain side was beautiful and we were with all our kids and grandkids so that was perfect suites were spacious.

My family of 5 had a great stay during a busy weekend. Friendly and efficient staff. The beds are the most comfortable and rooms are spacious. We were able to enjoy the delicious breakfast that was offered which had great variety and filling options. We would definitely chose to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Buellton/Santa Ynez Valley if we ever get the chance to again!

The experience I had at the hotel was _The staff is nice. _ The amennities is good. _ The room looks nice and clean except in the bathroom, some hair the the vowel before I used it. There is spider crawling on the floor. I shot the video to show the front desk when we checked out, she said sorry, I booked the room through Expedia, they do nothing with what I told them. This is my first time to stay at this place, I am not happy with that and felt bad in this situation.
