Rising Sun, Golf del Sur
A popular and spacious self-catering apartment. As a one-bedroom apartment it features a high ceiling in the living area with light and sunshine pouring in from every window! This apartment has excellent internet service. Being a corner apartment, the terrace in the back is larger and more spacious than other one-bedroom units. You can also use the front door terrace as a place to sit and enjoy the sunset in privacy! Enjoy stunning views of the mountains and nearby pools from the dining table. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The pool area has sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.
Layout - The bedroom features a king size (150) bed, a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, a window with shutters and curtains and a door leading to en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom with twin basins, WC and standard size bath with a shower. Bathroom two features a walk-in shower. The dining area has a light oak table with brown leather dining chairs, adjacent to the large patio doors that open to the terrace.
The galley style kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and oven. A washing machine is in the utility area. The living room has a sofa and chair as well as a coffee table and a flat 32-inch TV. The corner terrace, completely tiled, is furnished with table and chairs for 4 people and 2 sunbeds.
There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.
A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!
Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.
Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!

Leuk appartement met terras
Het appartement is binnen het resort goed gelegen, met zicht op het zwembad. Er is ook een leuk terras, de ligstoelen die op de foto staan komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Spijtig genoeg waren er ook geen ligkussens. Het appartement had iets beter uitgerust kunnen zijn, al bij al toch een aangenaam verblijf gehad.
