Private and secluded estate behind gated entrance. Pastoral landscapes, old growth oak trees, livestock pasture with goats and chickens w/ fresh eggs available daily, small terraced vineyard onsite and plenty of space for a large family excursion. Newly remodeled house, completed in 2024, with a balcony terrace off the front mezzanine and an additional balcony in the master suite along with a wet bar and high ceilings. Master bathroom designed with Japanese soaking tub & walk in shower. 4 bedrooms each with walk in closet and 4 full bathrooms. Laundry room with washer/drier +ironing board. Media room with large flat screen television and additional sleeping arrangements if needed. Very large kitchen and brand new appliances. Espresso machine and coffee provided. Backyard equipped with kitchen and fire pit designed for entertaining and plenty of seating. This property is our home and we love it. We are temporarily relocating for a few months and hoping to host a few special guests who could enjoy our home while we are gone.
