Personnel, Front Desk "girl" did NOT know room 100 is on FIRST floor! Girl barely spoke English (must have been an "illegal resident" - just sayin'). Remote for TV did NOT work. Worse of all, Occupants upstairs were jumping, running, moving furnitures past 11pm! "Manager/Maintenance" (another potential, Street hired employee), did NOT do anything about noisy people upstairs.I called Front desk, Several times -NO ANSWER!!! I Picked EXTENDED STAY AMERICA "PREMIER" SUITES, over MOTEL6, thinking this place would be of better quality, I WAS WRONG!!! I will NEVER stay at another Extended Stay America again! I would choose Motel 6 over this dump next time (55 Brokaw, San Jose CA)!!!

The 1st room was dirty, hair on pillows, hair in tub and shower walls, and dirty toilet. The gentleman at front desk gave a different room and it was clean. Customer service was good

No coffee maker in the room, no ice machine, not even a soap in the bathroom, hand towel has dirty marks on it, it has a little kitchen area with nothing. The couch was making noise when you sit on it, breakfast was terrible, coffee taste like tea. I sure will not stay here again, it definitely needed remodeled
