The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with an array or outlets which is important in these days. I will stay there again for sure. One should note that they don't provide coffee in the room or lobby. This was not a problem for me as I had my own coffee maker. I enjoyed my time there.

Best Hotel Downtown SJ for price and friendliness
This hotel is my favorite in downtown San Jose as it’s remodeled in a great way and per dollar is the nicest place I’ve stayed downtown. The gentlemen who runs it is super friendly and accommodating. You can tell his positive attitude and dedication to service is why this hotel is so great.
