The CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed in, not a spec anywhere I checked, I'm a professional cleaner and I checked everywhere. Everything was tidy, sanitized and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the property was very quiet. Didn't hear any other people much at all. We had business at the convention center, it was very close by and easy to walk to, if a little bit questionable. The staff or I believe the manger/owner? Was amazing, very friendly, always happy to ask us how we were doing if we needed anything. Fantastic. It was an amazing stay and if we are ever in area again this is definitely the place we'd stay.

Was checked in with such an amazing service! Nick is such an AMAZINGGG human being. Made us feel super welcomed and made us feel super safe/ cared for. Was in town for a concert at the SAP center. Location is good, within walkable distance to SJSU, the SAP center, and San Pedro Square. Has free parking which is a big plus as many other hotels in the area charge for parking. Rooms were clean, all facilities were in good condition, beds were comfortable. Owner was very kind and attentive. This hotel is clearly a labor of love and I would definitely stay here again.
