I stayed at this property (not my husband, William, who is listed on this review LOL) with a girlfriend of mine for two nights (she stayed one; I stayed two). The Flamboyan is LOVELY! Brand new, right in the heart of the Arts District and the town square is right out your door. This hotel is a work-in-progress and there is a bit of construction noise during the day, but it's not a distraction because it's just normal city life. The hotel is beautiful, the service is impeccable, and we felt so relaxed there. Jorge and his team were the BEST. Always quick to respond and very gracious. The rooftop is amazing, the views are stunning, and even our room's terrace offered a unique view. I can't say enough positive things about The Flamboyan.

This is a new hotel adjacent to the very walkable and interesting arts district. The rooms were nicely furnished and included a kitchen area, table with 2 chairs, and a small couch and chair. All very comfortable. I had thought I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment but instead had two bedrooms with an adjoining door which worked out fine for my family. This hotel is new and there were rooms still being worked on There were a few kinks in service though like no wake up calls set up, misinformation about the location of light switches but they were minor. The heated rooftop pool and lounge area was beautiful and it was nice exploring another aspect of the area besides the beaches

My wife and I only stayed 1 night a at the hotel but it was a very nice stay!. The front desk staff were awesome and got us into our room 3 hours early which made for a great start to our day. We enjoyed a nice cold beer and brisket sandwich in the restaurant before lounging in the amazing roof top pool with 360 views of the city. The pool cantilevers over the property with a clear window at the end of the pool which made for a real cool swim :) The location was awesome as once you leave the hotel you are literally 15 seconds from entering the City main Square and the Arts District... Highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area!

i am a hotel snob. i typically pay way more to stay at amazing hotels but i can honestly stay this place was amazing. we booked a one bedroom suite. it was very well appointed with the main room having a full size kitchen and bedroom a kitchenette. The place is very clean, staff is amazing. Beds were comfortable with great pillows (most hotels have the worst hard pillows). it's right in town u can walk pretty much everywhere u want to dine or visit. The food is amazing. One of the owners from Flora farms built this property. (it's a must go for dinner). The pool area at top of building is great. you can see the ocean. We loved it so much we are booking again with a two bedroom
