Food was terrible all but one Restraunt The Zia food was 5 Star and service was 5 Star Buffett and other ones on property food was terrible . When I booked room ask beach view was told I would have to pay extra at desk . If you want to sit by the pool don’t count on it . People save their towels for next day And reserve all the chairs by the time you wake up there is no options ! The pool people have No Control on the Pool area . Will not recommend to stay here .

The staff were very accommodating and nice. The rooms were clean, but I found the beds firm. The walls of the resort are thin and lots of outside noise can be heard while you are trying to sleep. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well kept. The buffet food was a real disappointment but I realized this before I booked from other reviews. The pizza place near the pool honestly makes some of the best pizza that I have ever had. The TV's in the lounge could be bigger. Overall for the price that I paid, it was worth it. Plus lots of really nice golf courses in the area and good restaurants across the street.

Everyone we dealt with regularly was awesome, awesome pool service and bar staff, buffet was pretty good, too. No issues with the location or anything. Little inconsistent when they had staff changes, almost like some of them had different rules? Can only smoke on the beach or in the front of the hotel, they really need to set up a couple ashtrays on the beach side though. Would help with keeping that side cleaner. Overall for going with a group and having small kids we all enjoyed it
